- 1992 - Company founded: loyalty card and RFID cards
- 1997 - Creation of the Valais SkiCard
- 2002 - Creation of the multi-functional MultiSpak system, card and payment management
- 2005 - New name for the company and product: Polyright
- 2015 - Launch of the new Polyright platform and associated services
- 2016 - Signature of a partnership with TWINT
- 2017 - MBO by Polyright / InterCard GmbH in Germany acquires a 29% holding in Polyright SA
- 2018 - Signature of a partnership with Bibliotheca
- 2019 - InterCard GmbH in Germany increases its holding to 52%
- 2020 - InterCard GmbH in Germany increases its holding to 100%
- 2022 - The two Polyright SA branches and Multi Access AG merge
